I run it perfectly with a 9200SE. Don't even have the graphics settings turned down. I did turn Anti-Aliasing off, but that's it.

Who the hell buys computers with integrated onboard graphics?

I suggest you go buy a new video card, you could get one for fairly cheap. I'm using a 5900XT (pretty old) and runs pretty good. I also recommend you to ditch your celeron and get an Athlon 64, or P4 (ATLEAST 3ghz) as you're truly behind.
